SINCE RECESSION, MORE OLDER PERSONS STILL WORKING

„The number of labor force participants aged 65 and older has increased by nearly 15% since the start of the recession. The labor force participation rate for persons aged 65+ was 17.7% in September 2010, compared with 16.3% in December 2007, and 17.4% in August 2010,“ according to a 2010 analysis from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
